And it’s all for a great cause…As the San Antonio Culinary Scene continues to thrive and gain National Attention, there isn’t a better community-building experience than bringing people together through live cooking. Titans of Tailgate is a partnership with Chef Jason Dady and Culinaria seeks to empower high school students to pursue and excel within culinary arts. This event will directly benefit San Antonio High Schools by supporting culinary education programs. Whether the need is equipment, funding for knives and prep materials or part of a bigger Culinaria partner project of growing your own food in the classroom. “We see this as the Tailgate party that gives back. Since we are only in our second year, the impact can be limitless for the high school culinary programs and we look forward to seeing the future of San Antonio’s culinary leaders.” says Chef Jason Dady.
